How Reimbursement Works

If you meet all the coverage criteria and your funded account hits the platform-defined max drawdown, here’s how reimbursement is processed:

Reimbursement Process:

  1. Submit a claim through the PropCover section of the portal support form with:

  2. Our team verifies your funded account status and evaluates your activity.

  3. If approved, your original challenge fee will be refunded in full within 1-3 business days.

💡 Note: Reimbursements are only processed once per covered account. Coverage ends once a claim is approved or a payout is made.


What’s Not Covered

  • Failed Step 1 or Step 2 evaluations

  • Accounts that were breached due to rule violations aside max drawdown limits

  • Traders who received any funded payouts

  • Add-on not purchased during initial registration
